2023 Event Info for Entrants

Welcome to Griffith’s Biggest Lap 2023

Over the years the event has seen increasing numbers of entrants, and we will again be capping registrations to a total of 500 vehicles.  Tickets are on sale from Monday 17 July at 5pm.

The marshalling area will be Coolah Street (between Griffith High & Public School’s and City Park). Entrants are requested to enter Coolah Street via Willandra Avenue.

Marshalling commences 2pm, lapping commences at 5:30pm

The CanAssist crew will be there at marshalling cooking up a nice BBQ for you to have a snack whilst you are waiting to start the lap. They will have steak sandwiches, sausages and cold drinks.

  1. You can purchase a ticket either before the event here on the website Entry Ticket or in person at Kemps Mulitspares or Repco Griffith.
  2. If you have purchased prior to the event, either online or at a pre-registration day, please print out your entry ticket and ensure you are driving the vehicle with the registration details you filled in when purchasing your entry, please have your QR code ready for scanning upon entering the marshalling area.
  3.  As you enter the marshalling area, our staff will check your ticket and give you your sticker.  Place the sticker on the front windscreen of your vehicle.  Only vehicles that display the sticker gain entry to the event.
  4. You will need to attend driver briefing around 5:10pm at the registration tent located midway on Coolah Street
  5. The Biggest Lap is due to commence at 5:30pm!

If you are intending on entering the lap only, please head down to Willandra Ave from 2pm and your QR code will be scanned by the marshalls and you will be directed where to park.

And don’t forget to “Torque it up!”
